The Des Moines consortium focuses on increasing the use of technology to support student achievement in literacy, math, and science with an emphasis on grades 6 though 8. The project will support all staff in increasing their use of student achievement data in planning for school improvement and designing instruction to meet the needs of students. Technology will be embedded in the district's curriculum mapping and lesson planning process.
